Drop in meditation and mindfulness classes for everyone. Suitable for beginners and people with experience.
ENJOY calming guided meditations and learn reliable methods to make your mind clear and positive and thereby transform your life.
In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic.

Following on from our special talk with Kadam Bridget Heyes – How to Reduce Anxiety and Worry, we will be running a 4 week series.
HOW TO REDUCE ANXIETY AND WORRY
4 weeks – Nov 26, Dec 3, 10, 17
Anxiety and worry are so common in modern society. In fact, everyone experiences at least some degree of mental discomfort and anxiety because deep down we all know, that life is uncertain and we have little control over things around us.
On this series of classes we will explore how we can create some mental space by training in meditation. From the inner space, we can then learn how to deliberately cultivate a different perspective on ourselves and our experiences. The more we see our lives as less about external accomplishments and more about inner development, the less we have to feel anxious and worried about and we can learn how we can transform even difficult situations into the path to peace.
These classes will be based on teachings from the book ‘How to Transform Your Life’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Everyone is welcome.
