‘CLEAR MIND AT WORK’ FOR BUSINESSES
Designed to decrease stress and improve effectiveness at work, the ‘Clear Mind at Work’ Meditation Programme is built according to the needs of your business. The programme is flexible and supports the demands of the working environment. We base our programme on helping businesses to fulfil the 2017 Government Review of Staff Mental Health and Well-Being ‘Thriving at Work’.
With guidance and engagement meditation can greatly improve focus, bring a flexible and creative mind to problem solving and help people to become better listeners and communicators.
A Sample Programme Structure could cover the following topics:
- Tools for Success: Your Mind and Your Intention
- Embracing Change: The Wisdom of Flexibility
- Authentic Leadership: Be Grounded, Be Confident
