So much of our tension and unhappiness arises because we do not accept ourselves the way we are. We can be our own harshest judge and this can rob us of our confidence and peace of mind.
Buddha taught methods that enable us to truly accept ourselves and be at peace with ourselves. Developing deep self-acceptance is the first step to being able to change and abandon unhelpful habits.
This course will share some reliable methods for learning to accept ourselves. It will include relaxing guided meditations and some delicious refreshments.
