THE ART OF FORGIVENESS

with Gen Kelsang Leksang

Saturday 3rd November – 10.30am – 1pm

Life is too short to hold onto anger forever.

For most, it is impossible to go through our life without feeling harmed or insulted by others, or without getting hard on ourself for past mistakes. In this course Gen Kelsang Leksang will explain practical methods for learning to let go of anger and resentment towards others, as well as the art of forgiving ourself. This will help us to enjoy more lightness and confidence, bringing harmony to our relationships and more meaning and peace to our life.

This half day course consists of two one hour sessions (10:30-11:30am & 12-1pm) which include guided meditations and a talk on the topic.  There is a half hour break in the middle for refreshments.  You are welcome to arrive from 9:45am for pre-course refreshments and to stay after the course also to relax in the centre.

Gen Kelsang Leksang is a dedicated disciple of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. She has been studying and teaching at for over fifteen years and was appointed by Geshe Kelsang as Principal Teacher at KMC Birmingham in 2008. She is loved for her gentle and joyful approach and her sincere example</div
