Is love without pain possible? Love is supposed to bring us happiness but all too often it seems to lead to pain and suffering. According to Buddha, this confusion arises because we fail to distinguish between authentic love and insecure, needy minds that come as disguised as love. This half-day course will combine guided meditation with practical advice on how we can approach the love in our life from a fresh, new perspective; whether its with our family, friends or partner. We will learn how to connect to our natural capacity to cultivate authentic love. We will learn to let go of the insecure minds that undermine our love, and give rise to tension and conflict in our relationships. In this way, not only will our relationships benefit by becoming more harmonious and joyful, but this practical understanding can transform our life and bring real meaning to it.

The morning will include teachings, guided meditations and time to relax with a hot drink. Everyone welcome
