When we learn how to practice mindfulness in daily life, we will have a special ability to remain inwardly calm and free from stress even in the midst of our busy, modern world. Understanding and practicing mindfulness is essential if we want to transform our normally busy minds into the causes of peace and happiness. On this course we will explore how mindfulness helps us to engage with our world in a much more positive and meaningful way. Everyone can practice mindfulness in their daily life, no matter how busy you are. Practising mindfulness not only gives us a calm mind but also enables us to transform our daily experiences into a path to peace and personal transformation.
Everybody is welcome to attend this course which will include guided meditations, advice and time to relax. Refreshments are included.
Cost – £12 advance booking or £14 on the day. You do not need a paypal account to book.
