REDUCING IRRITATION AND FRUSTRATION

with principal teacher  Gen Kelsang Leksang

Saturday 21st April – 10.30am – 1pm

There are few certainties in this life but one thing that is certain, is that we cannot always get what we want and we frequently have to experience things that we don’t like. From difficulties in our relationships and financial worries, to physical sickness and loss, life is filled with a wide variety of challenging situations. As a result of this, we can frequently experience irritation and frustration which disturbs our mental peace on a day to day basis and prevents us from being truly happy.

If we want to be happy and learn to deal with life more positively, we need to develop more constructive ways of dealing with difficulties.  On this course we will explore how we can learn to acknowledge the frustration and irritation in our mind and rather than repressing it or allowing it to build in our mind, and then channel our mental energy in a more positive direction.

This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators. People normally sit on chairs and you can wear whatever is most comfortable

This course will include guided meditations, advice and time to relax. Refreshments are included.
