Our Drop-In weekly meditation classes are a great way to learn to meditate. The classes have a theme for the week covering topics such as stress, anxiety, worry, love, compassion and wisdom amongst many others. We run classes in Birmingham City Centre, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and Wolverhampton. Click on a class below to go the page for more details.

These Drop-in classes include guided meditations and a practical talk about integrating positive insights into daily life. Each class will begin with a breathing meditation to settle the mind and then a talk exploring the topic of the week. This will be followed by a concluding meditation to help us take the understandings to heart and an opportunity to ask questions after the class. Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.
It’s helpful if you can aim to arrive 5 or 10 minutes before the class.
