As a registered UK Charity, Kadampa Meditation Centre Birmingham is completely dependent on the kindness of others to fulfil it’s main purpose of helping the people of Birmingham and surrounding areas to solve their daily problems and find lasting inner peace and happiness.
The evening will begin with a buffet from 6pm, with an ‘Auction of Promises’ from 7:30pm.
The auction items have been kindly donated by members of the community and local businesses. Some of the items on offer include:

How will the funds be spent? As business rates, monthly rent and utilities amongst other things are extremely expensive in the city centre, some of the funds will go the general running costs of the charity. Other particular funds will be dedicated to improving the meditation experience for members of the public such as: improving the bathrooms, disability facilities, refreshments for courses, new books for the library, and a number of other things to be announced on the night.
