We are delighted to welcome Gen Lhachog, the Resident Teacher of KMC Manchester to come and share some precious advice on how we can heal ourself and others. We will learn how the practice of taking and giving is a practical tool that we can easily practice in our daily life to deeply heal our mind and awaken our potential to benefit others.
About the teacher
Gen Lhachog is an ordained Buddhist nun who has been practising and teaching Buddhism and meditation for over 16 years. She has been resident in Manchester for 6 years. Gen Lhachog teaches through her experience of life which makes Buddha’s teachings so accessible to all. With her warm approach and extensive knowledge of Buddhist teachings, as well as her clear and relaxed manner, she inspires us to practice in our daily lives.
