Come and drop in on one or both of these free talks, taking place in Birmingham City centre on Saturday, 18th October.

The talks will includes guided meditations and a chance to ask questions.

Talk 1 - Where does happiness come from?

Talk 2 - How to reduce stress in every day life.
1.15pm - 2pm

Both talks will be held in the William Fox room, downstairs in the Priory Rooms, 40 Bull Street, Birmingham. B4 6AF

Free talk - introduction to Foundation Programme.

This talk will provide an introduction to this in depth Buddhist study programme which takes place at the centre.

The study programme provides students with the opportunity to engage in systematic study of Buddhist texts. It is suitable for anybody who wishes to deepen their meditation practice and their practical understanding of Buddha's teachings.

From November we will be studying the text : 'Eight Steps to Happiness' by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
