Venue: The Carpenter’s Arms Community Centre, 13A Boldmere Road, Sutton Coldfield, B73 5UY.

This Drop-in class includes guided meditations and a practical talk about integrating positive insights into daily life.  Each class will begin with a breathing meditation to settle the mind and then a talk exploring the topic of the week. This will be followed by a concluding meditation to help us take the understandings to heart and an opportunity to ask questions after the class.  Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.  Drop-in any week and pay £7, or book a course and get a discount 🙂

On this series of classes, explore how to develop peace of mind and protect our mind from disturbing thoughts, anxiety and pain. We will explore how we can gently and comfortably train ourselves to generate a more balanced and uplifting outlook on life and thereby find happiness from within.

Happiness is something that each one of us has the potential to experience, but often our habitual ways of thinking take us in the opposite direction. This engaging 3 week meditation series will explore some of the key habits of happy people. We will see how we can adopt these helpful habits, that will greatly enrich our experience of life.

We will explore meditations and special ways of thinking that uplift the mind. By carrying these with mindfulness into our day, we can maintain a light and joyful attitude whatever life throws our way.  During the class the teacher will guide you through accessible meditations and explain how you can apply them in your daily life.
