WEDNESDAY MORNING CLASS

This Drop-in class includes guided meditations and a practical talk about integrating positive insights into daily life. Each class will begin with a breathing meditation to settle the mind and then a talk exploring the topic of the week. This will be followed by a concluding meditation to help us take the understandings to heart and an opportunity to ask questions after the class. Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary. Drop-in any week and pay £7, or book a course and get a discount 🙂Please note: there are NO classes in July and August. We hope to resume the class in September.

DEALING WITH DIFFICULTIES
When things are difficult for us, we often let them get us down and we fall into the mindset that bad things are continually ‘just happening’ to us. We are often overcome by our feelings which make our situation even worse and leave us emotionally drained.
In these classes learn how meditation and application of Buddhist principles for transforming adversity in daily life can enable us to use everything that happens as an opportunity to increase and strengthen our inner good qualities. If we sincerely develop this view and see our life as a training ground for our mind, we rise above our conditions and become fearless, life long learners.
