Held at Bantock House, Finchfield Rd, Wolverhampton WV3 9LQ

These monthly classes include relaxing guided meditations and advice for a happy life. Each class will provide an opportunity to pause and reflect on our lives and to explore how we can live better. We will explore how we can practice meditation and mindfulness in our daily life in order to reduce our stress, anxiety and unhappiness. Everyone is welcome to attend the classes. You don’t need to book, just drop in.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT THERE WILL BE A BOOKSTORE TALK ON GESHE KELSANG GYATSO’S BOOK ‘HOW TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE’ AT WATERSTONES IN WOLVERHAMPTON: Thursday 21st June at 6:30pm.  This is a free event, but BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL.

This talk is given by Kelsang Khechog, principal teacher at Jangchub Ling Kadampa Buddhist Centre ~ a teacher with many years expereince of meditation and teaching.
