We can be our own worst enemy. We all make mistakes and we often fall short of the expectations that we have of ourselves. When we do, we can very easily give ourselves a hard time.
On this half day course we will explore how we can gradually train ourselves out of this useless habit and learn to be truly kind to ourselves. We will learn reliable methods for building a stable self-confidence, that does not depend upon popularity, success, beauty or other worldly attainments.
The course will include tried and tested practical advice and guided meditations. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions after the class.
