These Drop-in classes include guided meditations and a practical talk about integrating positive insights into daily life.  Each class will begin with a breathing meditation to settle the mind and then a talk exploring the topic of the week. This will be followed by a concluding meditation to help us take the understandings to heart.

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful.
If our mind is peaceful we shall be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we shall experience true happiness; but if our mind is not peaceful, we shall find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions.

Training in meditation helps us to develop an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind regardless of the external circumstances. Gradually we can learn to rely upon peace within our mind and can learn to be happy all the time.  About Our Classes
