‘Be kind to yourself’

A three week series of classes taught by Kadampa Buddhist nun Kelsang Lhasang.

About the Series 

We can be our own worst enemy. We need to be kind to ourselves instead. On this three week series of classes we will explore some of the thoughts that we commonly experience that can sabotage our ability to lead a truly fulfilling life and have healthy relationships. We will learn a series of uplifting and empowering meditations that we can all practice in our daily lives to enable us to be truly kind to ourselves.

This series of classes will share practical advice for how to be happy, regardless of what is going on in our life. Each class will include two guided meditations and advice for a happy life. Everybody welcome.

Class dates:

Classes will take place on Thursday evenings,  7.30-8.45pm on the following dates:

10th June – Letting go of critical minds
17th June – Forgiving ourselves and others
24th June – Growing through our relationships

1st July – no class on  due to the special public talk taking place at the Centre.

Classes will take a break in July and August and resume at this venue on Thursday 9th September; please check back for details.
