‘Curbing the Craving Mind’

Saturday 11th April, 10am to 12.50pm with Resident Teacher Kelsang Lhasang

Learn how to reduce craving and dissatisfaction and develop the ability to feel content and at peace in the present moment. Our modern lives of abundance and convenience can encourage us to feel that what we have in any one moment is never enough. This leads to feelings of dissatisfaction, discontentment and disappointment in ourselves and our life. In this course, discover how to identify and prevent the causes of craving and dissatisfaction. Learn how to become focused, satisfied and at peace no matter what your circumstances.

Kind Request: please be aware that these sessions are intended for people living within the West Midlands region. If you have a Kadampa Centre closer to you we ask you to please support them instead. In this way all our Centres will still be here to serve their communities when this difficult period comes to an end. Thank you.

Course Options:

  1. Join the class as a live streaming event – please note bookings for the live class will close 30 minutes before the start time
  2. Watch the recorded version – this will need to be purchased and viewed before the following Wednesday. Please select the required option below.

Concessions: to reflect our wish to make these meditation classes as accessible as possible during these difficult times, we are providing this reduced class fee for those who need it. In return, we ask that you consider carefully whether this applies to you, recognising that all income generated goes towards our continued ability to provide these classes and enable our Centre to function.
