A LIFE LESS ORDINARY

with Resident Teacher Kelsang Lhasang

Saturday 15th February, 10am – 1pm

£15 advance booking or £17 on the day

Life can, at times, feel quite mundane and sometimes we find ourselves feeling like we are on a
hamster wheel, unsure as to what it’s all about.
Buddha explains that the real meaning of life is to fulfil our deepest wish, which is to find deep and
lasting happiness. This can only be achieved by awakening our potential for deep happiness and
peace. But how do we do this?
On this course we will explore a special practice for making every day, every experience and
eventually every moment meaningful. By learning to see things with eyes of faith, we can start to
live a life less ordinary. We can learn to see much hope and beauty in this world. With faith we can
see solutions and find a deep sense of purpose as well as develop a clear and peaceful mind.
We will learn how faith is not contrary to wisdom, as many assume but is actually something that
goes hand in hand with wisdom. We’ll learn how to develop our faith and how to use only in our
daily life, in order to transform our experiences into opportunities for inner growth and
development.
