DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE
with Kelsang Khechog
Saturday 23rd March – 10.30am – 1pm
Dealing with people is such a big part of our lives. So what happens when we find others difficult to live or work with. So often our priorities differ, our opinions clash, conflicts can build and we can feel like another person is making us stressed and miserable.
Buddha explains some clear methods for taking control back and realising that we can change our relationship with others by changing the way we view them. On this course, we will explore some powerful meditations for viewing others more constructively that will enable us to respond to what they do more effectively. Practising and becoming familiar with these meditations give us the freedom to be at peace regardless of how others behave.
Suitable for beginners and everyone welcome. The half day course consists of two one hour sessions (10:30-11:30am & 12-1pm) which include guided meditations and a talk on the topic. There is a half hour break in the middle for refreshments. You are welcome to arrive from 9:45am for pre-course refreshments and to stay after the course also to relax in the centre.
