FREEDOM FROM FEAR
with Resident Teacher Kelsang Lhasang
Saturday 18th May – 1o.30am – 1pm
Suitable for beginners
One of the biggest internal struggles faced today is an almost constant level of fear and anxiety. By learning to be mindful of special ways of thinking we can directly address the underlying cause of this restless mind, learn effective tools to deal with these emotions when they do arise and attain a state of fearlessness that empowers us to become a source of great benefit to others.
Suitable for beginners and everyone welcome. The half day course consists of two one hour sessions (10:30-11:30am & 12-1pm) which include guided meditations and a talk on the topic. There is a half hour break in the middle for refreshments. You are welcome to arrive from for pre-course refreshments and to stay after the course also to relax in the centre.
Kelsang Lhasang was appointed by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche as the Resident Teacher of KMC Birmingham.
