With Resident Teacher Kelsang Lhasang

Saturday 22nd February 10am – 1pm

£15 advance booking or £17 on the day

We all have one, and we all know whether our mind is happy, sad or anxious. However, if someone were to ask us what is the nature of our mind and how does it work, we would probably struggle to give a clear or precise answer. Because our happiness, suffering and all our stress and anxiety depend upon our mind, exploring and learning about this topic can lead to discover how we can transform all our experiences through understanding our mind and putting this knowledge into practice.

On this half-day course, Kelsang Lhasang will give an introduction to the nature of our mind and how it works, and explain how to meditate on the nature of our mind.

Kelsang Lhasang was appointed by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche as the Resident Teacher of KMC Birmingham.  She is a dedicated disciple, and has been studying  and practising  meditation and Modern Kadampa Buddhism for over ten years.  She has taught both in the UK and Australia.  She has successfully completed the six month Intensive Resident Teacher Training Course at Manjushri KMC.  She is well known for her sincere good heart, working to enable people to solve their daily problems.
