Description

Self-care is not a luxury. In fact, as we all know, at one level, it is absolutely essential.

On this course, you will learn the best ways in which you can care for yourself.

You will learn how to move your own self-care up the priority list and learn how far from being selfish, it is actually the kindest thing you can do for yourself.

Whilst it’s easy to recognise all of this in our heads, we all need to take this to heart so it actually changes our behaviour. You will learn methods for changing the habits of mind that interfere with your self-care so we can see a real shift in our life.

This course will provide you with a series of tools you can use to recognise the difference between love and attachment and you will learn how to cultivate your love and reduce your attachment.

Everybody is welcome to attend regardless of experience. The course will consist of practical teachings and short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve our ability to deal with stress.

Everyone is welcome! Book now
