LIFE IS BUT A DREAM
with Resident Teacher Kelsang Lhasang
Saturday 9th November – 10.30am – 1pm
£13 advance booking or £15 on the day
Suitable for beginners
Buddha said all phenomena are like dreams. Through learning the logical reasons he taught and deeply contemplating and meditating on them we can come to realize the dream-like nature of reality for ourselves. This profound realisation has the power to solve all our problems, free us from fear, and lead us to experience lasting peace and happiness. In this way we can wake ourselves up to the potential for radical transformation to deeper happiness, freedom, and power to benefit others.
Suitable for beginners and everyone welcome. The half day course consists of two one hour sessions (10:30-11:30am & 12-1pm) which include guided meditations and a talk on the topic. There is a half hour break in the middle for refreshments. You are welcome to arrive from 9:45am for pre-course refreshments and to stay after the course also to relax in the centre.
