“The mind that cherishes others is the supreme good heart. Keeping such a good heart will result only in happiness for our self and all those around us”  Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

On this half day course explore how to cultivate an authentic experience of loving kindness through meditation and the practical application of Buddha’s timeless wisdom advice.

Kelsang Lhasang will give practical and inspiring advice on how cherishing others solves our problems and fulfils our wishes. Improving our good heart is the best way to solve our daily problems of irritation, dissatisfaction, and conflict. Through this practice our mind becomes more peaceful and balanced, our relationships become more stable and satisfying, and our life becomes a joyful path of inner development.

Kelsang Lhasang was appointed by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche as the Resident Teacher of KMC Birmingham.  She is a dedicated disciple, and has been studying  and practising  meditation and Modern Kadampa Buddhism for over ten years.  She has taught both in the UK and Australia.  She has successfully completed the six month Intensive Resident Teacher Training Course at Manjushri KMC.  She is well known for her sincere good heart, working to enable people to solve their daily problems.
