In these times of uncertainty, anxiety and worry are a common experience for many people. These states of mind rob us of our mental peace and prevent us from living our life to the full.

In this inspiring public talk, Kadam Bridget will explain simple and reliable methods to reduce anxiety using meditation and mindfulness techniques derived from ancient Buddhist wisdom. These techniques when put into practice can help us to overcome anxiety and find a more relaxed, peaceful and positive life.
