‘Finding Joy in Daily Life’

Saturday 4th April, 10am to 12.50pm with Resident Teacher Kelsang Lhasang

Through meditation we can discover a real treasure – the natural source of joy within our own mind.

On this half day course, learn how we can create and maintain a powerful inner joy by learning to identify our self correctly and rejoicing in our good qualities and those of others.
In the process we will discover what it really means to be human, and how we can use our life to bring immense happiness and meaning to both ourselves and others.

Kind Request: please be aware that these sessions are intended for people living within the West Midlands region. If you have a Kadampa Centre closer to you we ask you to please support them instead. In this way all our Centres will still be here to serve their communities when this difficult period comes to an end. Thank you.

Course Options:

  1. Join the class as a live streaming event – please note bookings for the live class will close 30 minutes before the start time
  2. Watch the recorded version – this will need to be purchased and viewed within 5 days of the original streamed course.

Concessions: to reflect our wish to make these meditation classes as accessible as possible during these difficult times, we are providing this reduced class fee for those who need it. In return, we ask that you consider carefully whether this applies to you, recognising that all income generated goes towards our continued ability to provide these classes and enable our Centre to function.
