‘Modern Buddhism’

In-depth Meditation Classes, Wednesdays 7pm – 8.30pm with Resident Teacher Kelsang Lhasang

In these weekly drop-in classes we will explore step by step the extraordinary methods Buddha taught for working with our mind. Through these methods we can learn how to develop a good heart and gain an understanding of the true nature of reality which will enable us to profoundly transform our life.

You don’t have to be Buddhist to benefit from the classes as they are specifically designed to be accessible to modern people of all backgrounds. All you need is a mind, and the wish to improve it!

These classes are based on the book Modern Buddhism in which the author, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso says:

“Through reading and practising the instructions given in this book, people can solve their daily problems and maintain a happy mind all the time.”
