This meditation course will explore powerful meditation techniques for improving your mental wellbeing and your life.

On this course, you will learn the following:

  • How to reduce stress and frustration

Week 1  – Calming anxiety (£8.50)  

Week 2  – Reducing stress and frustration (£8.50)  

Week 3  – Lift your mood (£8.50)  

Week 4  – Improving relationships (£8.50) (only available in Birmingham City Centre)

Each class includes guided meditations and simple, tried and tested techniques for reducing the causes of stress, low mood and frustration. 

Great for beginners as well as those with experience.

About the course

Would you like to learn some reliable methods for improving your mental wellbeing and the quality of your life? 

Meditation is a very helpful tool for reducing stress, unhappiness and cultivating balanced and peaceful mental habits. 

On this course we will explore how to apply tried and tested techniques for improving our state of mind. 

You will learn a set of tools for healing stress, unhappiness and frustraton. 

Everybody is welcome to come and learn these simple techniques to find mental freedom and calm. 

The course will be based on teachings from ‘How to Transform Your Life’. This book is available to purchase and is also available as a free e-book download for those who wish to study further at home.

£8.50 per session or book 4 weeks for £24

Great for beginners as well as those with experience.  

The classes are held in relaxed, informal settings. Participants generally sit on chairs. Our venues all have disabled access.

The teachers 

Taught by experienced Kadampa meditation practitioners.

The teachings are all based on Buddha’s timeless wisdom, presented in a practical and accessible way by the modern day Buddhist meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinponche – founder of our Tradition and author of 23 highly acclaimed and qualified Buddhist meditation books.
