£3 per session & £10 for a weekly ticket that includes the weekly drop-in class

a 25-minute breather to focus and reflect on buddhist wisdom
based on the weekly theme of our sunday morning class​
includes a 10 minute relaxation meditation followed by a 10 minute wisdom meditation
