based on the weekly theme of our sunday morning class​
includes a 10 minute relaxation meditation followed by a 10 minute wisdom meditation

these classes are available as:
live streaming event
you can join these classes as live streaming events.
to join a course all you need to do is click on the link included in your confirmation email and this will take you directly to the Zoom registration page. Once you have completed your details you can then join the session via your Zoom client or browser.
this link will also be active for 7 days following the course so you can watch again or catch up in your own time.Â
recorded class
can’t make the live streamed dates? no problem! you can view each course as a recorded version
any recorded class for purchase is made available after the live stream event and will be available for viewing for 7 days afterwards.
once you have made your purchase your confirmation email will contain the link for you ta access the recording.
at the centre event
you can attend these courses at the centre.
numbers are limited at the centre, so to guarantee a place it is advisable that you book in advance.
