Learn how to cultivate the inner wisdom needed to accept and transform situations that are outside of our control. Buddha helps us to understand the difference between outer and inner problems.

On this meditation course we will learn how, when we cannot solve outer problems, we can avoid inner problems by practising specific meditations and more enlightened ways of relating to the external situation.
