Is it possible in such an insecure world to be free of anxiety? Yes, it is!

Through consistent meditation on Buddhist wisdom the debilitating mind states that destroy our enjoyment of life can be reduced and eliminated. On this course discover how to heal a fearful, anxious mind and come to know the freedom and meaning that meditation and application of Buddha’s timeless advice can bring.

Course Options:

  1. Join the class as a live streaming event – please note bookings for the live class will close 30 minutes before the start time
  2. Watch the recorded version – this will need to be purchased and viewed within 48 hours of the original streamed course.
