A Saturday morning workshop in which we will explore how we can reduce habits of craving and restlessness and develop our contentment.
At Kadampa Meditation Centre Birmingham. 44 Blucher Street. B1 1QJ
Will include guided meditations and practical advice for reducing craving and developing peace of mind. There will also be opportunities to ask questions.
Do you find that you’re always on the go? Often craving something? A change of scenery, that promotion at work, a new relationship, or maybe you just keep picking up your phone or reaching for the fridge?
These habits are normal but they can prevent us from living a relaxed and truly happy life. They can leave us feeling restless and dissatisfied and this can in turn have an effect on our confidence and our relationships.
On this course, we will explore reliable, tried, and tested methods for reducing our craving mind. We will learn how we can develop our contentment so we can start to really relax and enjoy our lives.
