About the course

Do you feel dissatisfied with life and feel like you’re always craving something

If we believe that happiness comes from external people, places and things, we will never find the true peace of mind that all of us have the capacity for. We will experience dissatisfaction and feel as if our happiness is around the next corner.

Life can easily pass by without us truly appreciating and enjoying what we have and cultivating true peace of mind.

On this course we will learn how to reduce our craving, restless minds and cultivate the mind of contentment – which is a true source of happiness.

Everybody is welcome to attend regardless of experience. The course will consist of practical teachings and short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve our ability to deal with stress.

On this course you will learn how to:

  • How to recognise and reduce craving minds
  • How to cultivate happiness from within
  • How to feel content in life

Everyone is welcome! Book now
