The self-sabotaging habit of mind is useless. It is like a cruel thief that robs us of our peace of mind, energy and joy. It doesn’t help us to improve; in fact, it sabotages our efforts and spiritual growth.
But we can become free from it. By learning to understand ourselves and our own mind, in the light of Buddha’s wisdom, we can learn how to beat self-defeating and discouraging thoughts.
Everybody is welcome.
