Join us for this special mini retreat where you will be able to deepen your experience of the stages of the path to Enlightenment (Lamrim) and develop faith and reliance upon wisdom Buddha by engaging in special prayers and meditation. We will be emphasising meditation on Lamrim, using the prayer – Request to the Lord of All Lineages. Each session will include recitation of ‘Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land according to Highest Yoga Tantra’, commentary to the practice and guided meditation.
The timetable for each day is as follows:
Session 1 – 9am-10.30pm
Session 2- 11.30-1pm
Session 3- 2.30-4pm

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Gen Kelsang Leksang is an ordained Buddhist nun who has been studying and teaching under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 20 years. She was first appointed by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso as Resident Teacher of KMC Birmingham in 2007. Known for her kind and joyful approach she is able to clearly communicate and show through her sincere example, the relevance of Buddha’s teachings to modern-day life.
