About the course 

Stress and worry undermining your peace?

A certain degree of stress is normal. However sometimes worry and stress become a strong habit and this can really undermine our confidence and peace of mind.

Stress develops when there is a mismatch between what we expect and what actually arises – we feel out of control. Worry is useless and prevents us from enjoying our life.

By learning to develop a different perspective on life, you can learn to cultivate sources of strength and happiness from within your own mind.

By doing this you will be better equipped to deal with life’s challenges and can actually find ourselves growing through them.

On this 4 week course, Kelsang Loten will share these special ways of thinking and meditations that will help you to let go of stress and worry.

 On this  course you will learn:

  • Develop a fresh perspective on life
  • How to calm your mind in times of worry
  • How to increase your resilience and happiness

Each class is self-contained and can be attended individually but maximum benefit derived from attending the whole course.

The teacher 

The teacher of this course is Kelsang Loten. A Kadampa Buddhist nun with many years experience of teaching and practising Buddhist meditation.
