About the course

Do you experience a lot of craving and rarely find the time to rest, and enjoy the peace of your own mind ?

In a world driven by endless striving and comparison, true contentment can feel just out of reach. Yet, according to the timeless wisdom of Kadampa Buddhism, the deep inner peace we long for is closer than we think.

Join us for this inspiring 3-week course and discover how to cultivate a calm, joyful mind through the power of love and contentment.

Drawing from the teachings of Buddha, each session offers practical meditation techniques and uplifting insights that help free the mind from pain, dissatisfaction, anxiety, and restlessness.

Through guided meditations, teachings, and time for discussion, you’ll learn:

  • How to develop healthy relationships
  • How to stop the cycle of craving and comparison
  • The inner science of happiness and mental peace
  • Simple methods to develop gratitude and inner wealth
  • How to enjoy life as it is, without needing to change everything

Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this course will help you experience a lighter, more joyful approach to everyday life.

Find contentment not in what you have—but in how you think.

This course is suitable for beginners as well as those with experience of meditation.
