This 4 week course will explain reliable methods to let go of stress, anxiety and unhappy thoughts. You will learn how to develop a stronger, more relaxed and flexible mind and how to grow in the face of difficult situations. 

Each class includes practical advice from Buddhist wisdom and guided meditations. 

It is great for beginners as well as those with experience.

These classes are taught by Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Leksang. A teacher with over 20 years experience of teaching meditation.  

The course will be based on teachings of Buddha that provide powerful and liberating insights into the nature of the human mind.

Kadampa Teacher Gen Kelsang Leksang

The teacher of this class is Gen Kelsang Leksang, she has been an ordained Buddhist nun for 17 years. she has been studying under the guidance of the meditation master venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 20 years and was first appointed as resident teacher at KMC Birmingham in 2007.  

Appreciated for her caring and positive manner, she has the ability to inspire people to improve their own lives by showing how Buddha’s teaching are relevant to the experiences of modern day people.
