About the course

Are you tired of feeling constantly on the go? Do you feel like you are always on call?

These experiences are common in our fast paced modern lives.

Why not take some time to unplug at our relaxing silent day retreat.

The retreat day will take place in our beautiful peaceful meditation centre. You will have access to the large lounge area upstairs, where you can chill with a book in between sessions.

The day will consist of 3 sessions of guided meditation and advice for letting go of stress, taking the pressure off and learning to live a happy and healthy life.

You will learn how to go into the peace within your heart and enjoy a real break from the stresses and strains of daily life.

We can get away from our normal daily life by going for a day out or holiday but unless we learn how to let go of the stress through meditation, we can end up carrying our stresses and worries with us wherever we go.

Come and learn some helpful techniques for letting go and learning to deeply relax.

Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.
