Description
Do you find yourself sometimes lost in negative thoughts? Thoughts that just bring you down, exaggerate problems, and don’t bring any good results?
We all have unhelpful mental habit patterns. Once we understand how the quality of our thoughts determines our level of happiness, the quality of our life, and all our experiences, we will start to have a strong interest in letting go of negative thinking.
Buddha teaches us how to recognise unconstructive mental habits before they take hold and replace them with more balanced and beneficial ways of thinking.
We can’t prevent unwanted things from happening, but we can train our mind to replace our habitual negative mental pathways with far more peaceful and productive responses.
On this 6 week course, you will learn a series of tried and tested techniques for letting go of negative thinking. You will learn the Buddhist practice of how to train your mind.
On this course, you will learn the following:
- How to calm the mind when agitation develops
- How to catch negative mental habit patterns before they become too strong
- How to let negative thoughts go and replace them with more beneficial ways of thinking
- How to heal the mind of negative mental habit patterns over time
The course will run in Solihull on Mondays as well as in Birmingham City Centre on Sundays and Tuesdays and Sutton Coldfield on Thursdays.
You can drop in week by week or book for the whole course.
£8.50 per session or book 6 weeks for £25
