About the course
Do you find that you are plagued with low self-confidence? Do you sometimes feel so stuck in unhelpful habits that you find it hard to believe you can change? Do you find that despite your best efforts, your attempts to improve your life are often hampered by self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviours?
We all have a nagging inner voice that often discourages us and leads us down an unhelpful path. But we can learn to silence this voice by training in meditation.
In order to live a happy, fulfilling life, we need to believe in our capacity for change and growth. We need to learn tools that enable us to develop the capacity of our mind for strength and happiness. We need to develop the confidence to be able to say no to our self-defeating thoughts and feel that our life is taking us in a meaningful direction.
This 4 week meditation course will present fascinating insights, taught by Buddha into the capacity of the human mind for change and growth. It will share powerful techniques for healing the negativity and self-doubt in our minds and for the development of inner peace.
On this course, you will learn the following:
- How to calm your mind when negativity takes over
- How to relate to your vast potential, rather than your perceived limitations
- How to develop strength over your negative inner voice.
- How to gradually transform your mind through meditation
- How to develop stable self-confidence and belief
The course will run in Birmingham City Centre on Sundays and Tuesdays as well as in Solihull on Mondays and Sutton Coldfield on Thursdays.
You can drop in week by week or book for the whole course.
£8.50 per session or book 4 weeks for £24
