Description

We can feel unhappy and even a bit hopeless and powerless when we see the world around us.

However, Buddha teaches us that the more we see suffering in the world, the more we can feel motivated to create a better world.

But how can we do this?

Buddha’s Tantric teachings are scientific methods to let go of our ordinary appearing world and create a better world – using wisdom and correct imagination.

Join us for this fascinating introduction to Tantra and feel inspired.

On this course you will learn:

  • What is Tantra and what is it’s purpose
  • How our mind creates our world
  • How to create a better world
  • Meditations that heal and transform our mind -and our world

This course is suitable for people new to meditation as well as those with experience.

The course will consist of two sessions, with guided meditation and advice for a happy life.

There will also be opportunities to relax in the break and ask questions.
