Description
Treat yourself to a real break, both physically and mentally, and return home feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Spend a weekend developing your inner peace and a happy mind.
On this weekend we will be gently exploring meditations that enable us to access a deep quiet and stillness within our mind. We will be exploring how to meditate on Buddha’s profound teachings on the True nature of reality – ultimate truth.
Meditating on ultimate truth, is the most powerful method to let go of stress, pain and all unhappy states of mind. It enables us to let go of painful ideas we can all hold about who we are and what’s going on in our life.
On this retreat Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Leksang will introduce powerful meditations for dissolving painful emotions and cultivating mental peace and stillness.
This relaxing weekend is an informal balance of meditations, practical teachings and time to rest and relax. It is an opportunity for those new to meditation to begin to explore Buddha’s liberating wisdom and get a taste of the peace that comes from letting go. And a chance for those with more experience to deepen their experience of meditation and Buddha’s teachings.
Everybody is welcome.
