It’s easy to feel burdened by the baggage of the past. We can easily carry a heavy load of guilt around with us and we can allow our experience of the past to define us – and hold us back.

On this course we will explore a special method for letting go and purifying the past using 4 special practices. These practices are a powerful tool for letting go of guilt and empowering us to change.

  • Why guilt keeps us stuck and how to let it go
  • Empowering ourselves to change our habits
  • Using wisdom to recognise our potential for change and growth
