‘Silencing the Inner Critic’

Special Event with international guest teacher Gen Kelsang Ani on Saturday 30th May at 2pm

silencing the inner critic

We all have an inner critic that not only disturbs our mental peace but actually holds us back from being the person we want to be. We over analyse our self, develop excessive self-doubt and low confidence. These debilitating thoughts can affect our relationships, our work, and our ability to realize our full potential in life.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to join this special online event with guest teacher Gen Kelsang Ani, the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth in Western Australia. Gen Ani will share Buddha’s wisdom on how we can learn to relate to our self more correctly and helpfully, dislodging our self-critical thoughts. In this way we can abolish our inner critic and gradually develop real self-confidence based on understanding our true nature and potential.
