These sessions are being made available via Zoom. An hour before the start of the session you will receive an email from Zoom with a unique link to the session.
Please note that the link is specifically for you – if someone else is watching the webinar with you then we ask that they pay for the class as well as they would do if they were coming to the centre.
When you click on this link it will take you to the Zoom website and a pop up window will appear asking you to accept and proceed – please click on this. An automatic download of Zoom will start but you can ignore this and just click join from your browser and this will take you to the session. All you have to do then is to wait for the webinar to start.

To Get the Best Out of Your Session try to:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection, preferably wired. If you are using a wifi connection we recommend you reduce the amount of people streaming or gaming in your household
- Close all other windows and applications on your computer, tablet or phone
- Ensure that the volume on the computer’s speakers is turned up
- Contact the education team with any technical queries during the session via the Chat Line on your Zoom page
