We generally feel as if we are isolated individuals and suffer from loneliness at one level or another. We yearn to feel a deep sense of connection with others. In this course, we will enjoy talks and meditations that explore the illusory perception of our self as separate from others. Buddha taught that in truth we are all naturally and profoundly interconnected. By learning to understand and feel this connection we can transform our outlook on life, heal our relationships, and allow a natural closeness and authentic love for others to arise, even if physically we find ourselves alone.
The course will include tried and tested practical advice and guided meditations. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the course.
