Travelling the Spiritual Path

A Weekend Retreat at Thornby Hall

Join Kadampa Meditation Centre Birmingham and Jangchub Ling Kadampa Buddhist Centre Cradley Heath for a relaxing and meaningful retreat in the beautiful setting of Thornby Hall in the Northamptonshire countryside.

What is the Retreat About?

All sessions during the weekend will be inspired by the book, ‘The Mirror of Dharma’ by renowned Buddhist Master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. By reflecting on our life in the mirror of Buddha’s teachings (the Dharma) we gain special insights which make our minds calm and happy. Over the weekend we will enjoy a peaceful journey of reflection and discovery.

Saturday 4 to 5.30pm: ‘The Path of Compassion’
