We often relate to our self in a limited and negative way – and we believe that idea of who we are.

If we start relating to our potential instead of our bad habits of mind we can develop a positive view of our self that fills us with real confidence to become the person we wish to be.

Class Options:

  1. Join the course as a live streaming event – please note bookings for the live class will close 15 minutes before the start time. You will also receive a link to the recording as well.
  2. Watch the recorded version – this will be available to purchase after the Saturday live stream and will be available for viewing for 7 days until the following Friday.
