This Drop-in class includes guided meditations and a practical talk about integrating positive insights into daily life. Each class will begin with a breathing meditation to settle the mind and then a talk exploring the topic of the week. This will be followed by a concluding meditation to help us take the understandings to heart and an opportunity to ask questions after the class. Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary. Drop-in any week and pay £7.50, or buy a discount card from the class.
