This Drop-in class includes guided meditations and a practical talk about integrating positive insights into daily life.  Each class will begin with a breathing meditation to settle the mind and then a talk exploring the topic of the week. This will be followed by a concluding meditation to help us take the understandings to heart and an opportunity to ask questions after the class.  Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.  Drop-in any week and pay £7, or book a course and get a discount 🙂Please note: there are NO classes in July and August.  We hope to resume the class in September.

THE CONFIDENCE TO CHANGE

Although we all wish to improve ourselves, often we lack confidence in our ability to change, identify strongly with our limitations and become stuck in habitual ways of thinking that prevent us from realising our potential. Within Buddha’s teachings we find deeply encouraging advice on how we can break our negative cycles by relating to our potential and developing the confidence to recognise and overcome what is obstructing us.

During these classes we will discover how to develop confidence in our ability to transform ourselves into a fearless, happy and confident person that is a source of benefit and inspiration to others as well as practical advice on how to make such positive change.

LETTING GO OF THE PAST



This series of classes will explore how we can learn to come to accept our past and feel more confident and hopeful about our future by contemplating Buddha’s teaching on karma and purifying the mind.

We will discover special methods that will help us to change our views and directly remove the burden of negativity that we carry in our heart.
