This Drop-in class includes guided meditations and a practical talk about integrating positive insights into daily life.  Each class will begin with a breathing meditation to settle the mind and then a talk exploring the topic of the week. This will be followed by a concluding meditation to help us take the understandings to heart and an opportunity to ask questions after the class.  Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.  Drop-in any week and pay £7, or book a course and get a discount 🙂

If we think deeply about these default views with wisdom, we find little or no evidence to support them and realise that in fact they lead us to experience suffering and problems.

In this new year meditation class series, explore and enjoy a fresh look at your world with wisdom eyes. Learn ways of thinking and approaching your life with a new wisdom perspective that will bring greater peace and connection with others and ultimately allow you to achieve your true potential.
